Platform DriverID Terms of Use<\/h1>\n

These Terms of Use govern the use of the DriverID platform, owned by OKALAB Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Ltda, by companies that use the solution for the purposes of analyzing, validating and verifying the documentation and identity of drivers and vehicles.<\/p>\n

1. Purpose of the Platform<\/h3>\n

DriverID is a digital platform that enables the checking of drivers' documentation and identity, including validations of driver's licenses (CNH), CPF, vehicles and facial biometrics. Its use is directed at companies that operate in control, security, logistics or driver hiring processes, and that need to carry out such verifications as part of their operational or regulatory workflows. <\/p>\n

2. Authorized Users<\/h3>\n

Use of the platform is restricted to companies previously registered and authorized. Each company is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the credentials provided, as well as for the actions carried out by its internal users. <\/p>\n

3. Responsibilities of the User Company<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Use the platform exclusively for the legal and operational purposes related to the verification of drivers;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure use in accordance with current legislation, especially the General Data Protection Law (LGPD);<\/li>\n
  • Not use the data for purposes other than those provided for or that harm the data subjects;
    Ensure the accuracy of the information provided and be liable for any misuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Processing of Personal Data<\/h3>\n

    DriverID processes personal data in accordance with the LGPD, acting as a data processor on behalf of the user company (controller). The processed data may include images of documents, facial biometrics and registration information of drivers. <\/p>\n

    The user company is responsible for ensuring that:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • It has an adequate legal basis for the collection and analysis of drivers' data;<\/li>\n
    • Drivers have been previously informed about the purpose of the collection and processing of their data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Confidentiality and Security<\/h3>\n

      All data processed by DriverID is protected by technical and administrative measures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information.<\/p>\n

      It is prohibited:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Sharing access credentials with third parties;<\/li>\n
      • Extracting or redistributing data without consent;<\/li>\n
      • Any practice that infringes the privacy of the data subjects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

        DriverID acts as a support tool for document analysis. The final decision on the approval, rejection or blocking of drivers is the sole responsibility of the user company. <\/p>\n

        DriverID shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n

        • Decisions made based on the processed information;<\/li>\n
        • Damages arising from improper use of the platform;<\/li>\n
        • Temporary unavailability due to technical causes or force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n

          All rights related to the DriverID platform, including trademark, design, source code and functionalities, belong exclusively to OKALAB DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or reverse engineering of the solution is prohibited. <\/p>\n

          8. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • These Terms may be updated at any time. The new version will be published on the platform's website; <\/li>\n
          • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms;<\/li>\n
          • Questions and requests may be sent to: suporte@okalab.dev.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
