No. The driver accesses it via a link (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) from any smartphone. No download required, no drastic process changes.

Yes. We offer API integration to connect to your TMS, risk management provider, or any other system. If you prefer, it also works via WhatsApp, with no technical integration required.
What data does Driver ID query?
